I am interested in the driving processes and economic and social implications of rapid global urbanization and mega-cities. I’ve worked for the World Bank, USAID, and The Millennium Challenge Corporation in Egypt, Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana, Benin, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia, China, The Philippines, Russia, the Republic of Georgia, and Honduras; Current research includes economic and environmental impact evaluation of infrastructure development in Republic of Georgia, Honduras and Cambodia, informal areas planning in Kenya, and water sustainability in the Mekong.
